HFX Relieved Years of Chronic Pain for Alen
Alen suffered from debilitating pain due to a chronic neurological condition. He had no choice but to take opioids to manage the pain but experienced unpleasant side effects, including fatigue, as a result.
Dr. Tatevossian recommended HFX to 44-year-old Alen, who agreed to an HFX trial in October 2017, followed by a November 2017 HFX implant to control his leg pain.
Less than a year later, in July 2018, Alen agreed to another HFX trial to address upper extremity neuropathic pain and proceeded with his implant less than two months later.
